Master Group of Industries hiring for the position of “HRBP – Talent Acquisition” at Lahore who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including developing job descriptions, designing and posting job ads, screening candidates & coordinating interviews.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HRBP – Talent Acquisition
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA HR
- 5-7 year of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Responsible to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Responsible to design recruitment material (job ads etc.) and get them posted on company’s career page and other job boards.
- Responsible to filter candidates’ resumes and job
- applications as per set competency model and have initial screening over the call.
- Responsible to schedule, conduct and coordinate
- interviews with line managers and concerned head of departments.
- Ensure compliance of recruitment SOPs, recruitment & employment policies in the hiring process.
- Responsible to conduct the reference check of shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible to make job offers and negotiating salary with the selected candidates.
- Ensure all positions are closed within allowed lead time and manage quick response time for urgent positions.
