Position Title: Help Desk Executive
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 1-2 years in Customer Services Location:
Job Description:
- Respond to dealer inquiries related to UAN promptly, professionally, and efficiently
- Respond to dealer inquiries via WhatsApp and route complex issues through email and WhatsApp to the concerned teams.
- Understand and analyze dealer issues to provide ap propriate guidance.
- Keep dealers informed about the status of their concerns, setting accurate expectations.
- Follow up regularly with dealers and internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain records of dealer communications.
- Offer reassurance and build trust with dealers by assuring them their concerns are being addressed. Escalate unresolved or complex issues promptly to relevant departments.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on dealer complaints, including details of issues raised, action taken, and current status.
