Position Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing
Experience:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Conduct market research and consumer surveys to develop insight-driven brand strategies and plans.
- Interact with senior business leaders to ensure effective design & implementation of brand strategies and plans.
- Deliver break through innovation by transferring insights & ideas into brand actions.
- Provide medium and short term tactics relevant to strategy for delivering AOP with Brand-wise P&L accountability.
- Advise on new product development, pricing, promotions, and portfolio management using market insights.
- Contribute to product development efforts by sharing research based data and ideas in meetings.

- Develop team through coaching and performance management.
