Details are as follows:
Position Title: Sales Admin
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or a similar support role, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
The Sales Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations, induding order processing, invoicing, goods receipt (GR), and payment coordination. The role ensures accurate record- keeping, efficient communication with internal departments, and the seamless flow of sales transactions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing activities, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with logistics for timely delivery to customers and dealers.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to orders, inventory status, and delivery timelines from customers and dealership partners.
- Generate and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and order details.
- Handle goods receipt (GR) and update inventory records in coordination with warehouse and production teams.
- Coordinate payment collections and reconcile payments with invoices.
- Oversee transit insurance claims for vehicles, ensuring timely submission and follow- up with providers.
- Assist with sales reporting and maintaining accurate records.
