Position Title: Manager Corporate Partnerships (Central A) – JazzCash
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the payments, fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, including disbursements, collections, Payment Gateway, and BNPL.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage large corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance data.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance, banking procedures, and operational efficiency within the payments sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Enterprise Business & B2B Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
o Drive B2B sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
o Identify, acquire, and manage key clients, including corporates and financial institutions. - 2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Adoption:
o Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for payment solutions such as disbursements, collections, Payment Gateway, BNPL, and new payment verticals.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive product adoption. - 3. Client Portfolio Management:
o Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple payment use cases.
o Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base. - 4. Market Analysis & Business Expansion:
o Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the payments and fintech space.
o Identify new business opportunities and emerging verticals for expansion. - 5. Collaboration & Customer Experience:
o Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to optimize client solutions and enhance the customer experience.
o Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and customer pain points. - 6. Operational Excellence:
o Ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and transaction processing for clients.
o Work with operational teams to optimize transaction success rates and minimize service disruptions.
