Position Title: Expert Learning & Development
Location: Islamabad
Position Summary:
We are looking to hire an ‘Expert Learning & Development’ in the People & Organization division. You will play a crucial role in creating a “Leading learning Organization” by developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that support the professional growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.
The role is the lead for the Learning needs for Technology, Digital and Data.
The role directly reports to Stream Head Talent Management, Learning & Performance with 4 peers, and has no direct reports of its own.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in business or HR or related degree with 5-8 years of experience
- Deep interest in technology and AI
- Experience in corporate learning
- Research skills
- L&D content designing (blended Learning, micro-learnings, learning paths)
- Practical knowledge of Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platform
- Knowledge of skillsets and competencies with business acumen is a must
- Understanding of training consultants and related organizations
- Stakeholder management, Negotiation Skills, Project Management
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem solving, design thinking
- Budget management
Job Responsibilities:
- Give input to develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Devise strategy to Uplift our learning management tools with new technologies, GenAI, advance LXPs.
- Strategize, develop and run digital competency based learning plans for all segments.
- Organize and ensure organization wide soft skill programs with defined benchmarks and ensure incremental improvements.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for learning programs.
- Identify innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
- Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and materials utilizing various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning).
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
- Analyze learning data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and processes.
- Create in-house e-modules via articulate suite or GenAI for companywide and division specific trainings using advance tools.
- Conduct weekly on-boarding session for new employees to get them familiarized with learning framework, tools and processes.

- Reporting as per need
- Learning partner/vendor management

- Budget monitoring and management
