Position Summary:
The Assistant Brand Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist in developing and executing brand strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and overseeing marketing campaigns, this role ensures brand consistency across all channels. This position is essential for maintaining and growing the brand’s presence in the global combat sports market while aligning with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in brand or marketing roles.
- Soft Skills, Project Management, Digital Marketing, People Management, and MS Office proficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Required Information Sources:
- Marketing Principles: Proficiency in branding, positioning, and segmentation.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of social media, email, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and consumer behavior.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
- Project Management: Skills in organizing and executing multiple campaigns.
- Creative Thinking: Generating innovative ideas for campaigns and brand strategies.
- Proven experience in a similar role with international brand handling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Digital Media and other teams to integrate strategies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Oversee creative execution for all campaigns.
Digital Media Management
- Collaborate on strategies for social media, PPC, and display ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analytics.
Email Marketing & SEO Oversight
- Work with teams to optimize email campaigns and SEO efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
Affiliate Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate on affiliate marketing strategies for sales growth.
- Track and optimize affiliate campaign performance.
Brand Communication & Content Creation
- Develop brand messaging for various channels.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data from campaigns to inform strategies.
- Prepare reports highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Finance.
- Align brand strategies with broader company goals.
Product Development Support
- Provide digital marketing insights for new product development.
- Ensure product alignment with market preferences.
