Howdy Group is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join the team as Management Trainee Officers (MTO) – Human Resources at Islamabad Head Office.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Management Trainee Officers (MTO) – Human Resources
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- No prior experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged)
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment tasks including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to day-to-day HR operations like attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
- Help coordinate training sessions, HR events, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and maintain tracking sheets.
- Ensure follow-ups and basic HR compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily HR tasks.
