With deep expertise in performance-driven platforms and data-driven decision-making, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing campaigns toward maximum ROI and scalability.

Position Title: Performance Marketing Expert
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Expertise in analytics and data management tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and dashboard technology.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under continuous change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and other performance channels.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct response, targeted campaigns) and conversion rate optimization.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign performance, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget for digital platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on investment.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies and optimize customer journeys.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating innovative practices and technologies that align with business goals.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing for continuous improvement of engagement and performance metrics.
