Requirements:
- Education: BA / MBA
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Proven experience in managing multi-branch operations
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor performance and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
