Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab invites applications from eligible and qualified individuals having Punjab Domicile, for the ADP Project titled “Capacity Building of Directorate General of Archaeology”. Duration of project is up to 30-6-2027 or completion of project. Directorate General of Archaeology is hiring “Project Coordinator” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lahore
No. of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: 400,000 (lump-sum)
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 35 – 50
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architecture Engineering / Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. Registered with PCATP or PEC.
- A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Heritage Management/Project Management or a related field will be preferred.
- Minimum 15 Years’ Experience with master degree or
- 20 Years with Bachelor Degree experience of supervision of development projects, preferably in Heritage management, conservation of Historical monuments & Archaeological sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Head of the Project/ Coordinator to Director General Archaeology for Project activities
- Top supervision and management of all ongoing activities including conservation, documentation, media marketing, planning and execution related to project.
- Supervision of Administrative and Financial matters related to Project.
- Oversees daily operation and assists the higher authorities in smooth execution of Project.
- Any other duty assigned by the Director General of Archaeology.
