Position Summary:
Devsinc is looking for an experienced HR Operations Expert to oversee HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE, UK, and Pakistan labor laws. This role involves managing leave policies, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws (UAE, UK, Pakistan) and HR compliance.
- Expertise in HR policies, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan, UAE, and UK labor laws, including employment contracts, leave policies, and workplace regulations.
- Keep HR policies updated with the latest legal requirements.
- Conduct audits and ensure HR operations align with labor law standards.
Leave & Benefits Administration
- Design, implement, and manage leave policies as per Pakistan, UAE, and UK employment regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
HR Operations & Process Optimization
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Implement HR tech solutions to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Stakeholder & Employee Relations
- Act as an HR advisor to employees and leadership.
- Address HR-related concerns, policy escalations, and compliance issues.
- Ensure a positive employee experience through well-structured HR processes.
