Children Library Complex, Lahore, an institution of Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of “Director (Schools)” on lumpsum pay package for “Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence (NSCOE) for Early Childhood Education (ECE) at Children Library Complex (CLC), Lahore”:
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Director (Schools)

No. of Positions: 01

Location: Lahore

Monthly Salary: 750,000/- (lump-sum)

Employment Status: Contract

Gender: Both

Age: 35 – 50

Qualification:

Minimum 16 years of education or Advanced degree in Education / Educational leadership. Sciences. Early Childhood Care and Education, Curriculum, Development. Teaching and Learning or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 08 years of leadership experience in educational settings, preferably Early Childhood Education, Content Development and for Assessment and educational policy formulation.
Strong leadership skills with experience in curriculum development, assessment and implementing innovative frameworks that support holistic child development.
Demonstrated expertise assessment and evaluation strategies to monitor student learning outcomes.
Background in fostering collaboration with stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community partners.
Experience in driving strategic change initiatives and implementing educational innovations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the Center to various audiences.

The recruitment will be made in accordance with the Contract Policy 2004 initially for a period of five years only.

Owing to commencement of academic activity of NSCOE in April 2025, only self- motivated, committed and serious candidates who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
