Currently we are looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professionals for the position of “Assistant Director Human Resource” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position: Assistant Director Human Resource

Employment Status: Contract
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s in Human Resource Management.
- At-least six (06) years experience with expertise in working closely with the HR Management to ensure effective implementation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Job Description:
- Proficient in HR strategy and operations, with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. Plays a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with Authorities goals and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

- All Education (either from HEC Recognized Institutions in Pakistan) or equivalence of foreign degree duly issued and verified by the HEC, where applicable.
- All educational degrees must be verified by HEC/institute, where applicable.

- All Positions are on Full time-basis.
- Valid PEC License/Certificate; PCATP Certificate, in case of Engineer/Architect shall be submitted.

- Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of PCBDDA.
- Age relaxation of up to five (05) years; in upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
- Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
