We are hiring “Store Manager” for Itel Homes at Lahore, Karachi, Mardan, Sahiwal.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Store Manager
Locations: Lahore, Karachi, Mardan, Sahiwal
Salary Package: 100K plus commission
Industry: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Apparel Industry
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail store management
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good team handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (CRM/SAP app experience is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of sales reports and KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
