Position Title: Relationship Manager – Digital Onboarding
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Lahore
Qualification:
- A graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university preference will be given to the candidates who have specialization in Business Administration
Experience & Competencies:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Portfolio deepening and customer engagement
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in digital banking technologies and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales and business development is a plus.
Role Responsibilities:
- To achieve YTD targets for digital accounts. Driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through digital sales channels.
- Enhance customer experience through professional & timely follow-up with customers for completion of documents and forwarding the same for account opening or servicing requests within the defined timeline.
- Ensure that KYC is completed after onboarding. Furthermore, all requirements of CDD & AML/CFT/CPF regulations issued by SBP from time to time including SBP w.r.t. regulation-1 Customer Due Diligence (CDD) are complied with.
- Portfolio management by calling to potential customers identified through marketing efforts and take end to end responsibility of positive conversions
- Responsible for updating customer documentation received during CDD and on-going KYC to be updated in the MCB Islamic Bank Digital Account Portal with customer application.
