Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PR Specialist, Communication Specialist, or similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations and networking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization’s public image.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.
2. Corporate Communication:
- Create and manage internal and external communication plans.
- Develop key messages and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Write and edit content for newsletters, websites, social media, and other communication channels.
- Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, partners, and the public.
- Manage communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on PR and communication initiatives.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
4. Brand Management:
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
