Details are as follows:

Location: Islamabad

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PR Specialist, Communication Specialist, or similar role.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization’s public image.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and media events.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.

2. Corporate Communication:

  • Create and manage internal and external communication plans.
  • Develop key messages and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Write and edit content for newsletters, websites, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, partners, and the public.
  • Manage communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on PR and communication initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4. Brand Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the organization’s brand reputation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
