AKFP seeking a proactive and organized Deputy Manager Administration to support and oversee daily administrative operations. The role involves managing office facilities, supervising support staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in implementing administrative systems and procedures for smooth business operations.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Proven 3+ years experience in administrative management roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage general office administration and facility management.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for administrative activities.
