We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director – Retail and Growth Development to lead our retail expansion, partnerships, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our market position across existing and emerging markets.
This is a key leadership role that combines strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business impact.

Position Title: Director Retail Growth and Development
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- MBA or Diploma in Retail/Real Estate (preferred)
Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in retail development, retail strategy, leasing & operations especially in shopping malls, or large-scale projects
- Proven expertise in tenant/licensee negotiations, retail mix design, and business growth
Skills Required:
- Visionary leadership with strong stakeholder management
- Retail leasing, brand partnerships, property operations and food court/ Cinema management expertise.
- Negotiation & communication excellence Data-driven mindset with financial and analytical expertise
- Leadership with team building and innovation focus
- Financial and analytical acumen (budgeting, reporting, cost control) Knowledge of compliance, legal framework and operational standards
