Job Description:
A results-driven HR professional responsible for managing core HR operations of the Authority, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, final settlements, and compliance with public sector governance frameworks.
Qualification and Experience:
- 16 years of education in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
- Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, contract renewals, final settlements, confirmations, and exits.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements, deductions, statutory compliance, and timely submission of related reports.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policy, by assisting in the preparation of advertisements, screening of applicants, and coordination of recruitment approval through HRC II & HRC III.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of Individual Consultants, ensuring vetting, documentation, and coordination of approval processes as per PPRA requirements.
- Maintain and update HR databases, personnel records, and digital filing systems for seamless retrieval and audit readiness.
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring timely goal setting, appraisal, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Wing heads and senior management for workforce planning, internal transfers, and talent review exercises.
- Facilitate the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and loan against gratuity etc., in liaison with Finance wing.
- Prepare and present HR data reports, dashboards, and summaries for HRC meetings, audits, and decision-making forums.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by senior management in alignment with the authority’s operational and strategic goals.
