Details are as follows:
Position Title: IT Support Coordinator
Location: Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- BS IT/CS/SE (4-year program)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Job Description:
- Handle property setup, product demos, and client support for NEXTTECH-ERP.
- Coordinate with API partners, websites, and mobile apps for technical support.
- Assist in QA testing for NEXTTECH-ERP, White Labels, Roomph, and PC Hotels digital platforms.
- Collaborate with teams, departments, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare user manuals with clear documentation and visuals.
- Provide IT support for office hardware and software.
