Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in delivery operations & e-commerce
- Proven digital and e-commerce expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow delivery operations to boost sales and customer experience
- Manage fleet and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient deliveries
- Build strong partnerships with third-party aggregators
- Use data insights to enhance performance and customer journey
- Strengthen CRM processes and ensure timely complaint resolution
- Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize platforms
