We are currently hiring HR and Finance Associate at our District Office (Rawalpindi / Attock / Jhelum / Chakwal / Toba Tek Singh / Jhang / Chiniot / Gujranwala / Hafizabad).
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR and Finance Associate
Locations: Rawalpindi / Attock / Jhelum / Chakwal / Toba Tek Singh / Jhang / Chiniot / Gujranwala / Hafizabad
No. of Positions: 09
Gender: Both
Age: 25 – 45 years
Reporting Line: District Project Manager and PIU HR/Finance Units
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, HR, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR/finance experience, preferably in health projects
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll systems, and compliance
Role Description:
- Maintain CHI attendance records and verify monthly deliverables.
- Coordinate monthly salary disbursements with PIU.
- Ensure PESSI/EOBI registration and deductions compliance.
- Maintain HR files, contracts, and leave records.
- Support financial documentation (receipts, vouchers, advances).
- Assist in internal/external audits.
