We are currently hiring for the position of HR Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR Manager
Location: PIU, Lahore
Gender: Both
Age: 25 – 45 years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a large-scale health or community program
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, social security compliance, and HRMIS systems
Role Description:
- Manage recruitment cycle for 3,000+ CHIs and support staff including advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with PIU and with HANDS HO HR management team for HR planning, contract issuance, and payroll management.
- Ensure HRMIS updates and compliance with labor laws and social protection schemes (EOBI, PESSI).
- Maintain personnel files, service agreements, and attendance records.
- Facilitate performance management system for CHIs and field teams.
- Handle grievances, complaints, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support HR planning for refresher trainings and career development opportunities.
