Haleeb Foods is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals for the position of “Area Sales Manager – Sales GT” at Lahore / Sahiwal / Jhelum (local candidates will be given preference).
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Area Sales Manager – Sales GT
Location: Lahore / Sahiwal / Jhelum (local candidates will be given preference)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Major Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sales plan with respect to the distributors, territories and routes
- Achievement of volume and value wise target through primary and secondary sales
- Analyze sales opportunities, area coverage and recommend improvement plan
- Effective management of distributor infrastructure
- Optimize the performance of sales team and enhance the capability of DSRs/TSEs/OEs through on job training
- Monitor retail coverage and productivity by using the applicable tools/mechanisms
