Position Title: Key Accounts Executive
Location: Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA – Preferably in Marketing
- 2-3 years of sale experience
Job Description:
- Ensure achievement of monthly targets given by the management.
- Oversee supply operations to ensure smooth customer services.
- Collect receivables that are pending or overdue.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and negotiations effectively.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Developing sale strategy for optimal results.
- Developing new key accounts and conversions.
- To ensure all KPIs are met for best possible result.
