We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Executive – Telesales based in Lahore. If you’re ready to be part of a fast-paced, impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Location:  Lahore

Requirements:

  • MBA, BBA, B.Com from a recognized University
  • Proven experience in telesales, Sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.
  • Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding, ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
  • Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
