Details are as follows:
Position Title: Senior Executive, Telesales
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- MBA, BBA, B.Com from a recognized University
- Proven experience in telesales, Sales, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.
- Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding, ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
- Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
