Foodpanda hiring for the position of Associate, Fleet Management at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Associate, Fleet Management
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
- You have at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Improve rider experience through prompt resolution of concerns
- Identify and investigate fraud cases
- Process insurance claims efficiently
- Provide frontline support for rider issues (payments, account blocks, behavioural concerns, etc.)
- Maintain an issue logbook with timestamps and resolution status
- Route complex issues to relevant departments (Rider Support, Fleet, Payments)
- Offer direct support at the city hubs for suspensions, offboarding, incorrect charges, JazzCash/Easypaisa adjustments, snatching case escalations and city change requests.
- Contribute to the improvement of Rider NPS and RSAT scores.
