Faysal Bank is hiring “Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager” at multiple cities across Pakistan.

Position Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager
Location: Multiple cites across Pakistan

Minimum Education: Bachelors (Shahadatul Almiya)
Required Experience: 1 Years
Eligibility:
- Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates may also apply)
- Knowledge of Islamic banking is mandatory for the candidate.
- Minimum Education: Bachelors – Shahadatul Almiya from a recognized religious board with HEC Equivalency.
Responsibilities:
- To keep updated regarding Bank’s products & services & essential regulatory requirements and create awareness of products offerings.
- Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, CASA-based growth and NTB targets/KPIs assigned by management.
- Remain up to date on emerging market social/economic/business trends to ascertain avenues/opportunities to augment the branch’s portfolio/business volumes.
- To maintain a presence in the catchment area through regular market visits to existing and prospective customers.
- To maintain a professional relationship with customers daily to ensure that a high customer experience is consistently delivered.
- Ensure that the business relationships are in thorough compliance with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements regarding KYC/CDD completion.
