Fauji Foundation is hiring an experienced and motivated Manager Public Relations & Corporate Communications to strengthen our business portfolio and global outreach.

Position Title: Manager Public Relations & Corporate Communications
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Full Time – Regular
Age Limit: Up to 55 Years
Qualification:
- Education: Masters in Mass Communication / BS Communication Sciences/ BS in Media Management. Additional qualification in Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Corporate Communications shall be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of Experience in the fields of Media Management, Corporate Communications, Digital/Social Media, Public Relations, Public Affairs and Public Information in corporate sector
Required Skills:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of business with various types of content.
- Exceptional in editing & proof reading with ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Capable to prepare document outlines, updating content based on client edit requests and proofreading for tone, style, clarity, grammar and formatting.
Job Description:
The Senior Manager/Manager PR & Corporate Communications shall remain responsible for PR & Corporate Communications and perform the tasks listed below: –
- Develop Corporate communication policy aligned with objectives, goals and aspirations of Fauji Foundation and in line with guidelines provided by the Head of Corporate Communications & Media Affairs.
- Develop and implement public relations’ strategies by identifying target audience, drafting appropriate messages and selecting appropriate media channels.
- Manage media relations with media houses, journalists and influencers to ensure effective coverage of Fauji Foundation’s events and activities with special reference to welfare activities in the domain of social welfare.
- Promptly respond to the media inquiries and manage communications during critical incidents and crises’ situations.
- Draft press releases, articles and other materials to empirically project Fauji Foundation’s goals and objectives in print, electronic, digital and social media.
- Track & monitor media coverage and public opinions to gauge impact of PR efforts and activities.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with the policies, goals and objectives of Fauji Foundation.
- Consistently manage & maintain internal communications with Fauji Foundation employees utilising virtual networks, emails and other available modes of communications.
- Support employees of Fauji Foundation through organizational changes by providing clear and timely information.
- Draft and implement media marketing and projection campaigns for Fauji Foundations’ events and activities
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR & Corporate Communications using analytics tools to monitor performance and derive actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with Fauji Foundation Corporate Communications & Media policy and ethical guidelines
- Report on PR & Corporate Communications performance to Head of Corporate Communications & Media Affairs, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
