Fauji Foundation – Overseas Employment Services (OES) is hiring a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to strengthen our business portfolio and global outreach.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Business Development Specialist
Project/Department: Overseas Employment Services
Location: Head Office, Rawalpindi
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA, Project/Program Management, Digital Marketing, International Relations etc.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in business development, sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Proven experience in engaging with senior management within the organization as well as with top-tier local and international clients
- Prior experience with OEPs will be preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Sales and BD related tools like Apollo, Instantly, Dripify, Sales Force, & Sales Loft etc will be preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office & G-Suite
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current and emerging employment trends in international markets.
- Analyze labor market demands, skill requirements, and industry-specific opportunities to align our services with the prevailing job market needs.
- Plan and carry out strategies, based on research and market trends, to grow our business in countries where there is high demand for Pakistani workers.
- Find potential clients, companies, and organizations that need skilled Pakistani workers, and contact them through emails, calls, and networking to build partnerships.
- Regular coordination with Pakistani missions abroad and foreign missions in Pakistan.
- Schedule and conduct online or in-person meetings with potential clients / partners to present our companys services and understand their employment requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team to formulate mutually beneficial agreements, including Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), employment contracts, presentations and other relevant documents. Assist the marketing section with creation of videos and provide relevant support.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with potential clients and facilitate the signing and execution process.
- Cross domain correspondence and regular coordination with all relevant sections.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure recurring business and positive referrals.
- Provide exceptional client support and act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, market trends, and the progress of client engagements for management review
