Fauji Foundation is seeking a dynamic and skilled professional for the role of Assistant Manager (Organizational Development & Talent Management) at FF Head Office. The position requires an individual with strong expertise in organizational development, talent management and strategic HR initiatives to support the growth and capability building of the workforce
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager (Organizational Development & Talent Management)
Locations: Head Office, Rawalpindi
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA HR
- Certification: CHRP/ or any other HR related certificatation will be preferred
- Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR related roles
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends in recruitment, attrition, engagement and performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting workforce metrics and insights.
- Design and administer employee surveys to assess engagement, training impact, and policy effectiveness.
- Support the design and tracking of HR KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess skill gaps, define learning objectives, align training programs with organizational strategy, performance goals and assessment of training effectiveness / improvements.
- Conduct predictive analysis to inform succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Maintain integrity and security of HR data across systems.
- Provide insights for policy formulation based on data patterns and benchmarking.
- Enhance HR reporting through tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau or customized / in-house developed.
- Drive automation and data quality initiatives across HR processes.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
