Location: Cereals & Pasta Plant, Rawalpindi
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc/MBA in HRM
- 1-2 years of experience preferably in the FMCG sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition for plant roles.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities to boost morale.
- Maintain training records and ensure continuous skill enhancement.
- Work with HSE teams to promote workplace safety and compliance.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition for plant roles.
