Faisalabad Waste Management Company invites applications for the 32 positions of Assistant Manger Operation at different Tehsils. This job is on contract basis. Details are as follows:

Qualification:

Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in the field of Environmental Science/ Engineering / Management, Civil/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, Urban Planning or Business Administration from an HEC recognized University.

Experience: 

At least 03 years of experience of Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or relevant field in a well-established and renowned Public/ Private Organization. Must have own motorcycle with valid license. Must be well versed with the use of mobile applications & IT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer day-to-day operational activities of zones i.e., waste collection, manual sweeping, transportation and safe disposal in assigned areas.
• To Assist Manager Ops. in supervising daily operations and monitoring of operational activities performed by contractor.
• Monitor Service delivery by the contractor and ensure compliance of defined KPIs.
• Ensure physical Monitoring and verification of deployed resources by contractors at village level, UC level, City & TCP etc. as per defined SOPs and KPIs. Enforce penalties on non-compliance.
• Monitoring of Manual sweeping, Mechanical Sweeping / washing activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of public complaints on daily bases.
• Preparation of monitoring reports of assigned area on daily basis.
• Preparation of daily reports on contractor performance.
• Responsible for close collaboration with local community in assigned areas.
• Responsible for the implementation of FWMC operational policies in assigned areas.
• Any other task/assignment given by management.
