We’re looking for an experienced Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen our hiring strategies for retail operations, head office roles, and technical positions. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of hands-on experience in the textile/apparel industry, with a deep understanding of retail dynamics and workforce needs.

Position: Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of corporate, retail and production staff
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Scope:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions across corporate, retail and production units
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and staffing needs
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through modern sourcing techniques
- Enhance employer branding to attract top retail and textile talent
