Dolmen Group is looking to fill position of Junior Manager Branding at its state of the art project; Dolmen Mall Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Junior Manager Branding

Locations: Lahore

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

Job Responsibilities:

Pitch and sell Dolmen Mall’s branding mediums (signage, kiosks, activations, promotional spaces) to leading retail brands.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with premium local and international brands.
Prepare and present accurate sales proposals with precise numbers and calculations.
Stay updated on retail trends and ensure branding campaigns are executed smoothly within the mall.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leasing, procurement) for seamless campaign planning & delivery.
Maintain thorough documentation, contracts, and CRM notes for every client and campaign.
Develop custom branding solutions and tailored proposals to meet client objectives and budget.
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts with clarity.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to align branding efforts with mall activations and tenant mix.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety standards, and mall policies in all campaigns.
