Children Library Complex, Lahore, an institution of Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of “Chief Executive Officer” on lumpsum pay package for “Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence (NSCOE) for Early Childhood Education (ECE) at Children Library Complex (CLC), Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Chief Executive Officer

No. of Positions: 01

Location: Lahore

Monthly Salary: 950,000/- (lump-sum)

Employment Status: Contract

Gender: Both

Age: 35 – 50

Qualification:

Minimum 16 years of education or Advanced degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Public Management /Administration / Public Policy, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Education, Educational management or public sector
management with a proven track record of managing programs and teams, with at least 5 years in education sector
Implementing/administration of programs relating to Early Childhood Education or a related sector
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, lead diverse teams and drive organizational growth
Advocacy and Networking: Strong advocacy skills with experience building and maintaining partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, non-profits, and other stakeholders
Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting, financial management etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the Center to various audiences, and
MS office skills
