Details are as follows:
Position Title: Lead Payroll Operations
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience::
- BBA/MBA HR
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with FlowHCM is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax, and labor laws.
- Industry experience in hospitality, retail, or service-driven sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare relevant reports for management.
- Oversee payroll reconciliations, audit, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with finance, and IT teams to ensure payroll efficiency and data integrity.
- Train and supervise payroll team members, driving continuous process improvements.
- Stay updated with changes in legislation affecting payroll operations.
