“Training Specialist” Job at Carlcare Services Pvt. Ltd.

Carlcare is the official service partner for leading brands including TECNO, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo, and Syinix. The company also offers expert repair and maintenance solutions for a wide range of products such as mobile phones, computers, smart appliances, and energy devices.
Carlcare is currently hiring a Training Specialist based in Lahore, and invites applications from motivated professionals eager to support and enhance technical service excellence.
Details are as follows:

Locations: Lahore
Department: HR/ Learning & Development
Salary Range: 80K to 100k

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or related roles.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, LMS, Zoom, Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and training effectiveness metrics.
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or coaching (e.g.,CPTM, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and regular consultation with managers.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for employees at all levels.
  • Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and program effectiveness.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to update or improve training content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Support compliance training and ensure training programs align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Use learning management systems (LMS) to manage and track training initiatives.
