Carlcare is currently hiring a Training Specialist based in Lahore, and invites applications from motivated professionals eager to support and enhance technical service excellence.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Training Specialist
Locations: Lahore
Department: HR/ Learning & Development
Salary Range: 80K to 100k
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or related roles.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, LMS, Zoom, Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and training effectiveness metrics.
- Certification in training, instructional design, or coaching (e.g.,CPTM, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and regular consultation with managers.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for employees at all levels.
- Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and program effectiveness.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to update or improve training content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Support compliance training and ensure training programs align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Use learning management systems (LMS) to manage and track training initiatives.
