Carlcare is currently hiring a Consumer Insight Specialist based in Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Consumer Insight Specialist (Qualitative)
Locations: Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Proven minimum 2 years experience in renowned consumer research agencies such as Ipsos, Kantar and Nielson, better of manager/ director level.
- Hands-on experience in different quantitative/qualitative methodologies. Experiences with desk research, IDI, FDG, market/consumer segmentation, etc.
- Able to supervise complex quantitative projects and accomplish analysis independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge about the gaming industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluency of English, both written and oral. Overseas study/working experiences is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for observing, analyzing market and consumer trend & insight to drive business growth through improving products, identifying product & marketing opportunities, improving consumer experiences, etc.
- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned brands/products, including up-to-date knowledge of the competition, consumer behavior, etc. Interpret market, consumer, media and other sources of data into actionable business decisions.
- Able to lead quantitative projects on various topics (such as segmentation, product test, NPS, etc) and deliver high-quality reports to help business grow.
- Apply the correct approach to research design for specific phases within the product development cycle and marketing campaigns.
- Build part-time teams and maintain good and efficient cooperation with local vendors.
- Work with marketing/sales/product teams closely.
