- Master’s in Business Administration or any relevant field
- 10+ years experience
Job Description:
- This position is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and monitoring of the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning them with Beaconhouse’s values and long-term goals. The Head of CSR will work to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, oversee CSR strategies, and guide initiatives that support philanthropic, ethical, social, and environmental objectives.
- Strategy and Planning: Provide strategic oversight and planning for CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational values, including budget management and operational planning.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Guide CSR programs that advance sustainability and social impact, assess their effectiveness, and ensure alignment with community and environmental goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community partners, industry groups, and relevant associations.
- Environmental and Social Impact: Support efforts to minimise environmental footprint, enhance community engagement, and promote ethical practices across the organisation.
