Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining and marketing of various minerals. Operates under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division, Government of Pakistan.
PMDC invites applications for the post of “Manager (Key Account Management/S&M)“ on open contract basis.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager (Key Account Management/S&M)
Age: 40 Years
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from Higher Education Commission recognized University. Study field i.e. Business Administration / Marketing / Economics. (16 years of education)
- Minimum 8-12 years. Area of experience (Account Management / Marketing / Client Management / Market Analytics)
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with objectives of PMDC. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Formulate, and monitor annual sales and marketing plans based on internal assessments and market analyses. Set achievable sales targets and define metrics for success of PMDC. Identify key sales channels and customer segments.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor’s strategies, and emerging trends. Gather and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct internal pricing analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies, monitor market prices and adjust pricing models accordingly.
