MCB Bank Limited hiring “Relationship Manager” at multiple locations. This role is responsible to achieve the assigned branch banking sales target by generating deposits through NTB and deepening in the existing portfolio. Also actively cross-sell of other consumer products.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Relationship Manager
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent ( First Shift (Day) )
Gender: No Preference
Education: MBA (Accounting & Finance) 4 Year Graduation with knowledge of the banking products and processes.
Minimum Experience: 0 to 2 years of Banking experience.
Locations: Islamabad, Jhelum, Abbottabad, Peshawar and Sargodha
Job Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly.
- Good communication ( Written & verbal)
- Work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Principal Accountabilities:
- To achieve defined targets on monthly basis as set my management through live pipeline of potential customers and New to the bank customers
- To increase the existing portfolio through deepening and effective relationship / services management of assigned portfolio.
- To achieve the assigned target through cross selling of all other consumer banking products ( Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Bancassurance and personal loan)
- To make call and visits to the clients to ensure smooth relationships and also maintain the calls reports on daily basis.
- To maintain high services quality standards while interaction with the customers for business retention.
- To ensure compliance with local policies, SOPs & regulation guided by SBP in all activities & transactions. Also ensure the compliance of AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.
