Position Title: Jazz Associate Programme – 2025
Location: Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi
Duration: 1 Year (Contractual)
Role Overview:
As a Jazz Associate, you will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working in different functions such as Digital, Technology, Data Analytics, Strategy, Finance, Consumer Division, Enterprise and People & Organization. You will receive extensive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business challenges. The program will help you develop a comprehensive skill set, enhance your industry knowledge, and provide a solid foundation for your professional growth. We would be giving opportunities to recent graduates in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (within the past two years or graduating in June 2025) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Strong academic performance and a genuine passion for learning and professional growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology tools and platforms relevant to your function.
- Knowledge or experience in your specific area of expertise is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives in your assigned function.
