As an Expert, Digital Products, you will support the development and management of Self-Service Apps while focusing on cloud-native solutions, microservices architecture, and API-driven development to ensure seamless scalability and performance. Your role will be crucial in modernizing our technology stack and enhancing the user experience.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Expert Digital Products
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/MS is a plus).
- Experience with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
- Experience in Database Management (MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Understanding of Self-Service App development and user experience optimization.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
- Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, MixPanel).
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and microservices communication.
- Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, JWT) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of Self-Service Apps for customer account management, billing, and digital interactions.
- Support the design and implementation of microservices-based architecture to ensure scalability and flexibility.
- Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment.
- Deploy and maintain end-to-end solutions on private and public clouds.
- Collaborate with cloud providers to optimize pricing and performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement product features using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Support the technical product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Assist in selecting suitable technical architectures and development technologies for Self-Service Apps.
- Work closely with engineering teams (in-house and outsourced) to execute the product roadmap.
- Implement analytics tools to track app performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to product enhancements.
