Position Title: Expert Communications
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or similar PR role
- Background in researching, writing and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great at working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategies: Crafting and executing campaigns to enhance the consumer division’s reputation.
- Content Writing: Write, edit and distribute press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other PR materials.
- Digital Content Management: Devise strategies for, write, edit and post PR and narrative content for consumer facing brands and key personnel.
- Media Relations: Manage foremost presence for consumer division in media presence in coordination with Corporate & Regulatory Affairs team.
- Event Coordination: Organizing press conferences, exhibitions, and other public relations events, e.g. open days etc. in coordination with Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Team
- Monitoring Media: Keeping track of media coverage and public sentiment to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Sentiment Analysis: Monitor all forms of media, including print, digital, and social media, for sentiment for consumer division brands.
- Media Reporting: Prepare and share detailed media activity reports.
- Brand Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate PR campaigns with promotional and branding efforts.
- Consistency Management: Ensure consistent narrative reaches all stakeholders for maintaining consumer division’s image and identity.
- Internal Communications: Managing internal memos, newsletters, and other communications for consumer division in liaison with Corporate & Regulatory Affairs team.
- Collaboration: Working closely with senior management, legal advisors, Corporate & Regulator Affairs team etc.
