Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree from a reputable institute.
Experience:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in HR communication, employer branding or corporate communications
Skills:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in communication tools, social media, and content management platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance employer branding and employee engagement.
- Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, and company announcements.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create compelling content for employer branding campaigns.
- Plan and organize corporate events, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s values and objectives.
- Liaise with external partners and media for public relations and branding opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights for improvement.
