Hashoo Hotels seeks applications from qualified and self motivated individuals for the position of Assistant Learning & People Development Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Learning & People Development Manager
Location: Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in training, talent development, or HR within the hospitality or service industry.
Key Skills:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficient in training assessment and reporting tools.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify capability gaps.
- Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to address development priorities.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance data.
- Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
