Apna Micro Finance Bank Limited seeks applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Learning & OD” at Lahore. This position requires ability to work under pressure. Position Title: Assistant Manager Learning & OD
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Job Purpose:
Strengthening the learning culture in the organization, conducting training needs assessment (TNA) and post TNA activities. Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training plan and calendar for in-house trainings. Deliver and conduct in-house trainings. Assess and understand organizational needs and suggest development programs that drive change and growth. Design and implement leadership development programs, including succession planning, coaching, and mentoring, creating and maintaining an inclusive, positive organizational culture.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or certification is a plus.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Learning & OD.
