The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professionals for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. The PMU will support PHEC’s HRD Department in the implementation, coordination, fund management, and monitoring of the program. Applications are welcomed from eligible candidates holding domicile of Punjab for the following multiple positions purely on Project Base.

General Instructions:

- Application will only be entertained after receiving the valid Bank Draft / Pay Order / Deposit Slip for the post of Project Manager, Data Analyst, Web Developer Rs. 1500/-, for the post of Network Administrator, M&E Officer, Finance Officer, Program Officer, Project Assistant, IT Assistant, Graphic Designer, Social Media Executive, Video Editor / Animator, Cameraman, Help Desk Representatives Rs. 1000/-, for the post of Driver, Office Attendant / Naib Qasid Rs. 500/- for the vacant positions advertised at PHEC in favor of Punjab Higher Education Commission, The Bank of Punjab Account No. 6580045615700054 branch code 0320.
- Applicants must apply separately for each post with name of post clearly mentioned on envelop.
- Persons already in service should submit their applications through proper channel (i.e. Department NOC).
- Candidates must be Punjab Domiciled.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
